"Cool" cross country

A crispy crunchy cold start to the morning, Miss Wilson had a nice suprise in store for us.
We were being timed as we ran around the school. We are training for the school cross country.
We were puffed as we did our warm down stretches.
After the run we recorded our time, goals and how we are going to achieve our goals.
We are going to
  • Drink water regularly
  • Try our hardest at learning team fitness activities
  • Be active at home and school
  • Remember to bring our running shoes.

We are all looking forward to getting fitter.

Hi, it's great to have a google account. I got really puffed on the cross country training day. I had lots of fun running around the whole course.

Good luck with your training Room Eight. Remember to think about the goal you set. It is really important to do the stretches before and after.
